Puzzle Box follows Kate, a recovering drug addict, who escapes to a house in the woods to rehabilitate herself. She is joined by her sister Olivia, who decides to document the process, and strange things begin to happen when the layout of the house begins to mysteriously change, and they both find themselves trapped inside the inevitable, nightmarish puzzle house.
